Research: To understand the pain points of users and service gaps in Nigeria's artisan industry, the research team and I conducted interviews with both service providers and users. Using UX tools like competitor analysis, persona development, and journey mapping, we gathered insights to shape the product direction.

Ideation: With thorough analysis, I brainstormed practical solutions that simplify how users connect with artisans. We structured a clear information architecture, crafted detailed user flows, and translated ideas into low-fidelity sketches and wireframes.

Design: I applied a clean, minimalist design with subtle accent colors to reflect trust and ease. Each screen was carefully designed to support user goals and make the experience intuitive, especially for non-tech-savvy users.

Accessibility Testing: Considering the diverse demographic of users across Nigeria, I conducted accessibility testing to ensure inclusivity—focusing on color contrast, legibility, and screen adaptability for different devices and abilities.

Usability Testing: I worked closely with the design team, product manager, engineers, QA team, and fellow designers to test our designs. Usability studies were conducted, and insights gained were swiftly implemented to improve user experience and performance.
